Toyota Logistics Services Czech is present in the Czech Republic since year 2006. It is providing after sales services to Toyota and Lexus dealers mostly in Germany and the Czech Republic. Company belongs to network of 13 distribution centres in Europe specialized on parts distribution.
We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for position: CUSTOMER CARE
About job:
Person on this position is responsible for maintaining and improving quality of parts distribution. He/she is
window person for central Customer Support department in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
· Monitoring of distribution quality by dealing with claims which includes
· Detection of reasons for damages, shortages, mispickings, this requires tight cooperation with
warehouse and external partners (forwarding companies)
· Communication with packaging department in Belgium
· Solving customer’s requests in order to achieve complete satisfaction
· Visiting forwarder’s HUBs and dealerships to monitor quality of handling
· Working on continuous improvement of processes - KAIZEN
· Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
· Back up for Transportation Specialist
Requirements:
· Higher education
· At least 2 years experience in a customer support function
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Fluent English is necessary
· Good knowledge of PC software such as MS Office, Power point
· Accurate person with sense for customer´s needs
· Self driven personality, team oriented
· Additional German would be a plus
· Willingness to further education
